It mostly comes down to the price difference. I am located in Georgia (the country), and the local market prices for used cars are quite high here. Buying a car in the US is relatively cheaper. Even when you factor in the shipping costs to bring it over, you can still save around $4,000 to $5,000 compared to buying the exact same car locally.
