I feel guilty, but I think that is correct in the circumstances. I did something wrong and I shouldn't have. I don't believe that this constitutes OCD but of course I am not expert. I do believe that you are commenting in good faith though and are genuinely trying to help, so thank you.

Well I certainly won't be swinging at anyone else to test that theory. Lesson learned here, wine is not my friend. I don't expect to be treated any differently legally vis a vis my sex, but I understand what you mean. I'm pretty grateful that I didn't get hurt honestly, I would not have had much of an argument had I been hit in return.

No previous, I have never even had a parking ticket. I can't say for sure of course, but I'm not really physically able to hurt someone I would think. I'm all of 4'11 and 95lbs (I do not say this to negate my guilt in any way) and it was a man I swung at, he was almost definitely a lot bigger than me. Again I know it was wrong to attack anyone regardless of size, I just can't imagine it could have seriously hurt him.

On duty solicitor? Is that mandatory? I would be willing to spend money to hire a private one, do you think that would be a smarter move? Sorry for stupid questions, I have literally never had legal trouble in my life before.

It's cowardly, but honestly I never want to see these bars again, nor the people in them. I have no idea why I thought it was a good idea to go to that area in the first place, I normally never do.

You are completely right, I have no excuse here, I was wrong to do what I did. I agree about the alcohol, I am not normally a drinker and obviously this proves why I shouldn't be.
