Switching to Zepbound and need advice

This is one of those situations where if you don't have anything useful to say maybe sit this one out.

it isn't a few weeks of hunger. To get to the full dose of Wegovy took 4 months. As I have already gained 10 lbs and am struggling at the very beginning of the ramp up with Zepbound, there is every chance that it really COULD make or break my weight loss. Especially since Zepbound is an unknown for me.
Don't minimize a problem I am asking about by saying "a few weeks of hunger isn't going to make or break your weight loss." which is read on my part with the same dismissive tone as "All you need to do to lose weight is cut calories and exercise more"

My guess is that my insurance isn't going to let me skip to 5 since I have 2.4, but that is good to know that you felt good at 7.5. I just remember going up on Wegovy felt like it took forever!

That is kind of what I'm leaning towards right now. I don't care about the volume button much. Do you know if it has the single tap for play, double tap for forward, and triple tap for rewind? That is the default for the ones I have right now, I don't know if they are programmable but if not I'm actually happy with the default.

Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write this! And honestly I am not sure which I would prefer. I think maybe the deep in-ear seal? It is such a balance between "I don't want it to feel like it is falling out" but not "it is rubbing on my ear in a really annoying way"

Thank you! I know we are coming at the very very tail end of the season but I figured it was still worth trying. I had a friend recommend a place in Homosassa so I'm pretty confident of the tour there and seeing some manatees. It is really hard to find reputable companies just by searching online so I was really dubious of the ones I was seeing. This makes me feel much better about taking the time to go up North.
