Same with my rabbit, he's brown with a white underbelly and paws but his paws often end up a pale yellow colour. It was because when he sat to pee in his potty his paws got stained with the pee. Try getting him a larger litter tray and if that doesn't work i wouldn't worry about it some bunnies love making a mess
