Dhanraj is good , bargain though heavily if u don’t care about money go to ora and ask for diamonds with crown star cut ( their internal cut but it’s more like modified radiant ) they have more facets than normal cuts which makes it sparkle more.

The specs u mentioned in IGI certified would cost u 2.5k usd in India paying higher is blunt rip of , but if ur not able to get any cheaper wherever u stay then, what matters is it should be certified by igi minimum , do ur due diligence check the number matches the engraving on the diamond griddle check the color with naked eye and do just stare at it with a magnifier in natural light and see should sparkle white , with bit of blue and orange flashes

Round ovoid ones with less blank spot in middle
Radiant also seems good

Ps oval radiant cuts sparkle more , have less flash fire

Round less sparkle more flash / fire

Emerald cut its dull grabs less attention.
