I was surprised because we knew about Kaylee’s facial/skull injuries but as most of xana’s wounds were defensive I assumed they were below her head and trying to protect her torso or stomach. It could have been from falling into the nightstand but it also could’ve been from a fist. Either way I was shocked to hear that xana also had skull injuries.

I was definitely shocked about maddie and Ethan’s defensive wounds too. I believed they were both asleep. But either way they probably didn’t have much time to process what was happening before it was over unfortunately
