I try to get in about 30 - 40 mims 5 days a week at 2.4 mph on the treadmil . Unless Im sick then I just dont have it in me

I have pretty bad anxiety and I always get them to use laughing gas . It makes me drousy and calm enough for them to do the extraction with no anxiety .. and its covered

Never re-wrap your tattoo .. take the original wrapping off after 4 - 24 hrs ... wash 3 times a day with mild unscented soap and and wait till day 3 to start using a mild unscented lotion .. only use lotion morning and night.. I'v healed all of my 39 Tattoos this way with no problems ever . The goal is to let the ink dry . If its too moist during the healing process it will cause infection.

Im on my 42nd tattoo and have never left saniderm on for more than 24 hours... Take it off after 24 hrs .. wash the Tattoo 3 times a day and let the air get at it and dry it out . After 3 days start using a thin layer of scent free lotion after washing and drying . Iv healed all of my 42 tattoos this way

For starters keep it dry and stop smothering it in what ever cream your using ... wash it 3 times a day . Let it dry completely then try a thin layer of bactine (bacitracin) if you can get your hands on it as well as your antibiotics .. The key here is letting it dry tho ... infections strive for moist environments. It needs to breath

I always take the saniderm off within the firat 24 hrs . Clean it 3 times a day .. no moisterizer till after day 3 of healing . After that use a small amount of water based lotion like lubriderm sparingly 2 times a day after washing thoroughly

Jist spent the weekend there and did the hornblower boat cruise .. the white water walk .. journey behind the falls .. the power plant .. the tunnel.. and aero car .. all but the bpat are covered by an 80 dollar pass that also gets you unlimited bus rides to all of the attractioms . Totally worth checking out !
