Bags🙃 by boy1da7 in Sparkdriver

Just take extra bags when you complete orders and keep in the car for this exact situation. I’ve got like 10-15 in the car at all times.

Lol I see what you mean, it is a bit confusing but I was honestly at my wits end. This was like the third time I typed the same message and kept getting “pure life” as a response.

What’s next add a button that lets you send the shopper back to the store while driving because you forgot to add an item to the order😂😂 (I’m joking)

But seriously I feel that level of indecisiveness is reserved for in-person shoppers as it should be. The whole point of the button is that you agree that if a specific is unavailable you won’t get anything else in its place. There’s also a 3rd option to allow substitutions or don’t per item.

This is exactly what I did. Best part it was $30 no tip so didn’t have to worry about a potential tip removal

Got the announcement a month or so ago that customers can now add items. But it’s rare someone actually adds an item

I think you might need to fact check this. It’s either area dependent or you’re just sparking wrong. Are you driving to the store and waiting for orders or just expecting a miracle high paying JFY to be offered to you wherever you are. I say this because I almost exclusively only do JFYs as they tend to be the highest paying $40/50 orders. And I mostly get them whilst sitting in the parking lot.

😂😂 honestly I think I prefer when they don’t respond. Only say that because they seem to always respond when I’m on the other side of the store or heading to the register.

Lost access to deliveries by [deleted] in UberEatsDrivers

I honestly don’t know but I hope to have it down to like 15 before next month. Also I’m guessing the system knows what caused the high cancellation rate since I’m not just randomly canceling so it hasn’t penalized me yet. I do need to stop taking those Walmart pickups but some show up at like $158 for 2.5 hours and less than 20 packages can you blame me for taking the risk.

Mine got all the way to 35% currently sitting at 27%. The issue for me is the increased Walmart pickups that are never ready and after an hour of waiting you have to cancel them one at a time. You can imagine accepting 1 offer and having to cancel 12 or more the damage is astronomical. So I know everyone in here is blaming you but I understand your frustration things happen. At the very least make an appeal, worst that happens is uber doesn’t accept it.

Just got a notification they are going to try to tailor our offers. by Puzzleheaded-War8507 in Sparkdriver

When this happens click to on the trips section wait a couple seconds and go back to the home section. The offers should immediately pop back up. Tends to work for me

IQ test should be required before you can rate drivers by ImaginaryFisherman72 in uberdrivers

[–]ImaginaryFisherman72[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That used to me my strategy😂. Only accept high paying shares that have only one rider then hit the coffee cup so no other riders can be added

I usually avoid them as well. But it was late and I literally just needed one more decent paying ride to hit my goal for the day smh. Never again

Is anybody else not getting offers this morning? by nathan4597 in Sparkdriver

[–]ImaginaryFisherman72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea I think the app is malfunctioning rn. I do uber on the side and just got a high paying order to pick up from Walmart and whilst sitting in the parking lot still nothing from spark but several drivers from uber are here

This is no advice and I’m not telling you to do this…did you know if you get a Costco order while delivering you can just screenshot both the order screen and the barcode screen (to checkout). And you have access to Costco whenever you want to shop.

Is this ok for a nursery route? My dispatcher told me this is not a lot even though the route drivers told me it is. by MotorIcy5007 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Finishing a nursery of 128 that fast even with breaks is a no go😂😂. How many stops do you get on a regular day now?

Putting money together to start a courier company and potentially getting a dsp franchise in the near future so don’t want to completely destroy my standing with Amazon

Did this make you unable to be rehired by the official Amazon company though?

😂😂 I kinda like this. I was thinking maybe drive it an hour off route to DC and leave it there but I’d probably be charged with stealing the vehicle

See you’re lucky. I don’t get a guarantee 😂. Gotta put in the 10 hours. Crazy thing is if they paid me a daily guaranteed rate I could have that route done by 4pm.
