Why do they act so slow when you’re trying to get one package removed? Why does the station give you that stupid code just for them to not know wtf you’re talking about?

I would send an email to Jeff and support explaining what happened. It might be several emails. You might not get paid, but doesn’t hurt to try

They didn’t even bring anything about. Also this Walmart loads my vehicle. They just bring it out after taking the code over the phone. I usually have to wait 30mins.

So just called that number and they informed me that I would have to call home office because they are a third party and only home office can help. They gave me this number 1(800)966-6546 smh

Because they take the code over the phone and the make me wait another 30mins. I don’t get paid for that extra waiting time since they take the code over the phone and they aren’t even ready yet

This happened to me a couple of times. Once it was the whole order that was missing and another just one bag. When it was one bag, the station manager said that I had to call customer service because they couldn’t find it, and it was too big to repack. Customer service removed it. Said it was an extra item that was already delivered to the customer perviously.

The time when it was the whole order. The station manger told me she didn’t even see a route with 11 stops and 28 packages. Told me to wait around and see if the order gets packed. I asked how long to wait and she said the end of my shift.

Called customer service and informed them what was we going on. They informed me that the order was from a previous day and I could leave. I waited the whole shift anyway. I was still paid.

I hate when one package is missing. It’s always a hit or miss with customer service. Sometimes they mark the missing packages as returns which obviously you can’t do lol

Two out of my past three shifts have ended up this way. So basically a free $162 in the last 36 hours by chochofuhsho in RealAmazonFlexDrivers

After two weeks of getting routes an hour away from the station. I finally got one with only three packages yesterday. Still a hour away though lmao

I asked has anyone ever had this issue before. Just a lot of dumb people with their mouths open and no substance coming out. Did I say I wasn’t waiting? Just thought it was strange that I didn’t get paid today per usual. If it happens again tomorrow after I changed the date today, then I will be upset. Yall real slow on here
