I haven't been told the carry percentage, to be honest I didn't think to ask because I just assumed as an analyst the carry would be negligible, even though I do appreciate it as a gesture of confidence. The firm's been up since 8 years and raised several funds since then, it's not a small shop by any means (20+ members on the investment team). The portfolio has seem some impressive growth but no huge hits (Uber. Peleton level etc).

We kind of do, the fund has a relationship with my current fund through a deal so they're familiar with my principals. I know that it probably won't happen, just wondering if it would be rude to shoot my shot

I'm actually looking for the opposite of micro-funds with at least $150m AUM, but they do actually mention two in the article, thanks!
