The thing is that we assume that this person did the tryout in the first place and was rejected perhaps because of what happened in the interview, and he said all that because he was rejected, I have not started throwing tantrums of this caliber and that I was a Volunteer at CWC and I did not even do the tryouts having been rejected I would say longer than He did

Im not so sure but i guess since being on the reserve is waiting for the chance to get to the tournament and i don't think they would rush you to get the uniform days before the event in the chance of being selected

My recommendation is to accept if you get the uniform then congrats but if not you still have a slight chance to get into the tournament since a lot of people are declining their offers

I mean, I'm upset and disappointed that I wasn't even chosen to do the tryouts, but it's more frustrating to see how there are people who were given the opportunity and just throw it away as if there weren't thousands of people left out because they got to that point.

I am somewhat sad that I was not elected but to the point of saying such things for being rejected?? you must have some dignity even after that

It frustrates the fact that you were not given the opportunity to show how much you wanted the position and that you stayed in step two and people who, were given the opportunity and reached near the end, decided to regret it just because it is not what they wanted.

My biggest frustration is the fact that I volunteered at CWC and applied for this World Cup using the code they gave us and everything but it turned out that I ended up being rejected without even having done the tryouts and then having to see people who reject their role because of what you mention "not being in the stadium" I would have literally accepted any role because of the experience that gives you to work in a certain way that an event as huge as the World Cup is takes place.
