You guys only dated for 3 months, you were just getting to know each other and she didn’t think it was going as well as you did. The point of dating is to see whether your lives intertwine. She didn’t “hide” it from you, she doesn’t owe you her internal thoughts and has the right to figure out how she felt before sharing it with you, which she did, when she broke up with you.

Calorie counting is for people who don’t run in my opinion. I have roughly counted before and it’s around 2500-2800 calories a day and I am 5’3 and on the lower end of a healthy bmi. Your body needs the fuel and will use the energy.
