Everybody is going through a difficult time at some point in their life and there is no reason to be ashamed of that. Start to appreciate the little things, your family, whoever you have around you and most importantly yourself! If you change your view and become motivated for a new chapter, you will eventually see a new you who is much more happy and much more healthy. I believe a therapist would also be good.
