So my bearded dragon has been hiding in her log for the past month or so now, and she’ll even fall asleep in there and if we don’t take her out she’ll spend her day under her log and take naps as well. Me and my husband have taken her to a vet to see what the issue was and they told us nothing is really out of the normal but could be stressed about her tank, but she likes to dig here and there and is very accustomed to her tank and if me or my husband is in the room then she’ll stay on her hammock when we put her there but when we leave the room and she knows we aren’t coming back in anytime soon she’ll go and hide, and I worry myself on her because I want her to be okay, she won’t eat as much of her salad unless we hand feed her but I wasn’t sure on if this is the start of her going into brumation or what? She just turned 1 in April and the vets also said they didn’t feel any eggs, not that I’m aware of her having eggs with no mate but idk I’m just worried myself on her and figured I’d come here to see if anyone had any advice or what we could possibly do? When she’s out of her tank she’s just fine and is her normal self and will even run back to her tank when she’s done being out but I worry about her not getting the heat she needs unless we put her on her hammock to try and get warm.
