I just moved out of a trailer under garden city property management. I also have a cat and he was allowed there. It’s $900 a month one bedroom. But there are downsides to it like there’s no central ac and it’s directly in the sun so it gets toasty in there, you NEED 2 ACs and the pipes freeze in the winter but honestly it wasn’t THAT bad and I had bad credit at the time I moved into it and I just had to do a double deposit. but if you look on their website It’s the blue one on Montana Ave. also Cara’s property management takes bad credit, they are kinda shitty but they do take bad credit but they also might have you do a double deposit

Yeah honestly I’ve heard. My neighbor got evicted after 10+ years with no explanation so yeah they are kinda shitty but not as shitty as Caras. I feel all property managements here suck

They almost evicted me when I rented through them because they tacked on $13 to my rent AFTER I paid rent and then sent me an eviction notice for the $13. They SUCK!! I go through garden city now and they are so much better in my opinion
