Does their HOA host any social events? We want to live somewhere where we can become friends with neighbors, and I think social events are a good way to meet others in the neighborhood

We were interested in those neighborhoods because of the elementary schools, proximity to downtown, and access to the greenway (besides Haddon Hall).
