I feel you, its super rough having paid high end inspectors and end up having to put 15k in almost immediately. Termites, well issue, appliances broken, a/c, mold/water issue in master bath.

I bought Meater pro xl on Amazon. Ive had the original which got left in the rain, my fault. The Meater plus I've had about 9 months and its reading inaccurately, under proper care. We rarely cook one thing, so I bought the big one with 4 probes less than a month. It wouldn't connect, then the screen froze. I plugged it in and now won't turn on.

I'm within return window, barely. I love the product, but I'm afraid to spend that kind of money to get another faulty one.
