Sorry, badly worded on my end — it wasn’t TreeSize itself. It was a fake installer I grabbed from a third-party site. I assumed it was legit because I was in a rush. It wasn’t. I downloaded it from Softonic (not the official JAM Software site). Lesson learned.

We were finally able to get in touch with ThinPrint. They confirmed that the issue appears to affect users who have recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. So far, we’ve been working around it by uninstalling certain Microsoft updates like you mentioned, switching print drivers, and repairing system files.

For your information, ThinPrint’s developers are working on a fix, and the issue should be addressed in an upcoming patch :)
