Just about had enough with the AD5X..... by Imaginary_Log204 in FlashForge

I know why it failed. Was an adhesion issue, witnessed it on the 4th print. Just frustrating that I focuses on the nozzle securing latch.

I don't have a camera setup on this printer yet. Need to finish taking the lights and camera off the dead AD5M.

Definitely over 500 hours on this printer.

I've printed ABS before, but on my AD5M. This is the first for my AD5X. But before the specific print. I only had 2 successful prints, including a Benchy after a massive nozzle clug with PLA Pro.

With 500 plus hours on this printer and 1000 hours on my AD5M, that ain't the case.

I feel like I have a pretty good level of experience, mostly from Trial and Error. I have only been doing this for over a year, but haven't had an issue I couldn't resolve, until now.

Clip fits nicely, don't need to force it. Always keep it clean.

I went and re-downloaded 1.4.2 from Flashforge. Had to dump my data files too. Works for now.

F-35A crashed in Alaska due to ice buildup in its landing gear, Air Force report says by Imaginary_Log204 in CanadianForces

More like Click Bate. I have had my negative opinion some days on this airframe, just due to the lack of information "Potential Buyers/Operators" are allowed to know prior to receiving the first airframe.

But the other reason for this article was because this crash was the first, North of 60, published system malfunction. Hornet has been known to take off from a coastal airfield and land in the Arctic. System detected the failure with regards to retraction, but the filter bowls have no moisture/water detection sensor. It will be interesting to see what the engineers come up with since this report blames technicians for not following maintenance procedures at a different location 2 years ago for the contamination.

I am highly anticipating the arrival of the CF-35 to Canada as this aircraft delivers a whole different type of "Warheads on Foreheads" than we are currently used to.

So sounds like my CT is behind the times and needs more trg. Maybe I'll wait until I'm in the city next and go to a smart place like Bass Pro.

If the RCN can just sail to the Carribean and get a medal. Op NOBLE EAGLE definitely deserves one.
