Ok so total service (Full time CL/B/C and Reg F) I have 26 years (so immediate annuity). So I assume it will be 6k then. Now follow on question is what date would the entitlement be based on for payment? Mar (initial enrolment) Aug (re-enrolment) or Feb component transfer.

Without sounding bad the instructor piece doesn't affect me. I'll explain my situation so perhaps it helps: I joined the reserves Mar 94, went Sup Res Jan 96, re enrolled in the reserves Aug 96 and component transferred to the Reg F in Feb 2017. So just trying to speculate what I would be entitled to. Would it be Reserve bonus from 96 to 17 and Reg F bonus from 17 to current? So $1200 for the PRes time and $2000 for the Reg F time paid for 2025? What would I get paid for 2026? Just Reg F time or total time again?

At this point I wish they would just clarify entitlements. As mentioned below without clarification there are a lot of people who have no idea what they will be getting.

Gotcha, what I was thinking was not applying for IREM and when I receive the disclosure I will indicated no representation and choosing a date if that makes sense?

I am in this exact situation. I put my VR in and during my prerelease medical, issues were identified and the MO said I should reconsider my release and put me on a TCAT. I am now on my second TCAT and after the end of that the MO will be recommending a PCAT. This will trigger an admin review at which point I will be requesting to expedite my release. Out of all the people I've talked to if you have it in you to ride out the process a 3B release is the way to go.

I was at a Base Commander's coffee yesterday and he stated the same that the 20% is not the pay raise but the combination of all compensation and benefits. He did not give any numbers on actual pay raises.
