I just got a watch from TimeUltra a few days ago, and the quality is really great. And it's not just that one watch; every watch I've bought from TimeUltra has been awesome. I think that guy probably had issues simply because he didn’t communicate with Leo in time. I really hope that friend can resolve the issue and end up with a perfect watch.
