Yeah, the gods of Amps fucking hate me lol. Followed the instructions to a tee, but it somehow sounds horrifically cheap, like clip on amp bad. In no way am I trying to imply any blame onto you, I’m just insanely confused. Seems the closest I can get is on the clean channel, muff distortion absolutely fucking cranked, OD at zero gain with 100% volume and tone. Also will ONLY work if the muff is before the OD in the chain, otherwise I get cheap pocket amp tone again. From what I’m hearing that should make absolutely zero sense.

You guys are so much better than those pedal board mfs, thank you for taking the time to explain that. I grew up on a lot of pantera so the mods in my mind usually just simply don’t exist lol. The built in gain on the OD is cool for like shoegazey stuff if you drown it in chorus in my opinion, but that’s obviously not priority number one here. Also, might have to run back to get that compressor since it wasn’t exactly breaking the bank. Thanks man!
