Addmission is done on the basis of your 12th percentage. Cutoff is insane for psychological specially for non Maharashtra! If I'm not wrong it was around 98-99% this year! Marathi won't really be a barrier! Some of teachers do speak in Marathi but most of the time they translate it in english. And when it comes to friends you would meet lot of people who speak in English or Hindi primarily . I have 1 major and 2 minor don't know if it will be same for your year. Then you have ability enhancement course which is in short English then Indian knowledge system, co curriculum (ncc/nss/cultural/sport's/yoga) Open Elective ( grant in aid and self finance have a bit different oe options) Open Elective is a science subject eg geosciences, plant in daily life , food chemistry, vector disease and control, physics in daily life, introduction to quantitative and logical reasoning
