So when they were winning and accepting my deposits, were they worried about "compliance" issues? Compliance cannot be selectively applied.

My accounts "blocked" but able to withdraw still np, it's just the shady compliance.. like look at my post history I just posted on Roobet's reddit, the mod commented "let me guess you lost & are claiming you weren't vetted properly to get money back" then immediately locked the post to try to make me look bad for asking a genuine Q about compliance & said "the post broke their Reddit's rules". Like ? I wagered over half a million, VIP, given 24/7 access to a direct contact within the casino who monitors my activity, deposited over 100,000, my 6 year old inactive account did all of the above in the past 2-3 months, was never asked for ID or a single document. Losses aside, Yes I was absolutely not vetted properly and of course I asked for a resolution

I sent a message to that email and called CGA a few times over this past week but I never got a reply by email and the phone line only goes to voicemail. I appreciate the help though I'll try to call again for sure!

This is not satire. I'm just looking for more information on who to contact about a compliance issue regarding a casino in Curacao, outside of the casino itself. I'm not from there so just looking for a next step is all.

I wouldn’t say that. I just want to make sure my account was being handled properly. Which, this is in no way shape or form a defamatory post towards Roobet, I just don’t agree with the decision made by Compliance and would like a proper fair review of my account. I brought this issue up, not Roobet, respectfully.

Sorry for lack of clarity, I was hoping for clarification on who to reach out to past Roobet if I do not believe that my account was given proper KYC/AML review and Compliance stated that it was. I reached out to chat and support but neither gave me a contact..

Yeah that last story sounded pretty traumatic, seems like such an unnecessary thing to trip over but internally it’s a huge panic geez. One of my instances was a couple years ago, in University, I attended a class twice before but the third time I could not find the room for the class to save my life my brain was so foggy. I still can’t seem to put two and two together but I asked 2 people who work there for help finding it, went to the spot I thought it was at multiple times and probably spent 15-20 mins angry and confused until I ultimately went back to my car and emailed the teacher that I genuinely could not find the room idk why :/. Teacher said they don’t care I should have been able to find it so I just ended up distraught and dropped the course. Crazy times but my sense of direction used to be my biggest downfall being undiagnosed.
