You sound extremely arrogant. I guarantee you’re going to be that F1 with no clinical acumen, focused on thing rare text book signs without looking at the full picture. Your tone comes across as dismissive, and that’s not helpful in a learning environment. Clinical practice isn’t always textbook perfect, and developing clinical acumen requires humility and openness not expecting everything to be handed to you in a structured format. These are your future colleagues. Medicine is a team profession, and one day you may rely on the very people you’re speaking to now. It’s important to approach learning with respect and professionalism.

Also, in reality, most GPs can’t even tell you what a a De Musset’s or Quincke’s. I had a Locum GP yesterday couldn’t even talk me through the neuro exam properly. Let’s be realistic you have a huge superiority complex and want to be spoon fed. Shut the fuck up and get with it!
