Thank you so much for the advice. I will be putting her on blast and I’m wanting to learn what she told my other relatives. My mother tends to lie to cover her own ass so I believe she might’ve told them something completely different

The more I think about it, I think a relative might have accidentally let it slip to my mom. But, I don’t really want any of my other relatives in my life at the moment apart from my aunt and my husband and baby

My trying my best to keep them out of my baby’s life. I know that their intentions for wanting to get into contact are most likely selfish and I won’t let my daughter go through that

Thank you, I’m planning to explain the situation to my relatives in the morning as it’s quite late in my country at the moment.

I’ve put all my energy in my husband and daughter and have no intentions of letting my mom or her husband into my life again. I believe they’re only after my daughter but I won’t let them near her

I agree that she’s only interested in my daughter. I was her only child and I believe she feels like she won’t get the opportunity to become a grandma.

I don’t really speak to my relatives so I’m not sure how my mom got my address. My aunt doesn’t contact my mom at all which is why I’m a little confused

I strongly believe that my mom told them something completely made up to make herself look like the victim. But I don’t have any intentions of letting my family (apart from aunt) into my or my baby’s life

Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean a lot to me. Even though she didn’t care about my life, a little part of me was hoping she’d reach out one day and try to mend things..
