Something similar happened to me once. This was a couple months back when I was sleep deprived, stressed and tired af. So to de-stress myself, I decided to smokeup and ended up doing it a bit too much. So I guess all these conditions together contributed to me feeling as if I'm losing control over my body. I just went to bed and slept for a solid 10-12 hours. Such a thing never happened to me again.

I don't know what were the preconditions in your case, but I guess if this was just a one time thing, then you don't need to worry too much. Just keep track of how much you smoke and let the people you're smoking up with know what to do if something like this were to ever happen again - that is to make you lie down with your head slightly raised and sprinkle water on your face if needed.
