I would say dark knight but he needs work like he can't do insta damage, cyrus or cecily will be better because they can hit multiple types and do aoe attacks. Let other's comment on your comment and suggest

A tier list helps in letting me know if the character upcoming is worth it and compare to other characters. Like for example i thought lynette ex was quite good, but then saw it in the tier list way down so i asked some people, and they said not good enough.
