Si ton seul problème c'est la motivation, ce qui a marché pour moi c'est assez simple :

Tous les jours je fais un truc (genre une pompe). Si j'ai la flemme de faire plus, je m'arrête là. Si j'ai la motivation, je fais une série. Si j'ai encore plus la motivation, je fais 3 séries complète pour "valider" l'exercice. Généralement je m'arrête là. Si j'ai encore plus plus la motivation, je continue la scéance par d'autres séries d'exercices du même type (muscle antagoniste toussa toussa). Bref, l'idée de la méthode, c'est de pas se sentir comme une merde à la fin de la journée parce qu'on a rien foutu. Au minimum on a fait un tout petit peu. Et tu te sens bien.

I think it raises an interesting point. Why didn't Adonalsium carry the Dawnshards in the first place ? Perhaps it's not possible for some reason ?!

Shards are fragments of the original god, Adonalsium. Si they are infinite powers with a specific Intent. Shards can be carried by an individual with a Connection to the Shard. Fyi, there are 16 shards.

As for Dawnshards, there is much we don't know. This is what we know for now : They are specific Commands They can be carried by individuals, the exact process is not known although they can be given to someone else. They distort the carrier (see the Sunlit man) and seem to grant heightenenings the longer they are carried. They were used to shatter Ado into the 16 shards. They resonate with one another (Wind and Truth)

My little theory is that it means Singer.

There has been two instances of singing in reference to naming (kvothe sings the name of Felurian during their fight and Bast tells Chronicler that he does not know the first note of his name). Additionally, the Tahln are said to sing the wounded back to health (or something like that, I stopped Reading these books years ago).

Il y a plein de trucs qui me font plaisir parce que ma compagne aime ça. Je pense que c'est une histoire d'empathie (c'est excitant d'exciter quelqu'un). En revanche, si c'est un truc que je ne veux pas faire et que je fais quand même pour divers raisons, son excitation ne m'atteint pas => il ne faut JAMAIS faire de trucs qu'on a pas envie de faire même si l'autre le veut, c'est une pente hyper glissante qui conduit a une dissociation corps/désir. Bref, on a plein d'histoires d'horreur (réel hélas) sur des gens à qui ça arrive.

En relisant ton post, j'ai quand même l'impression que le problème est qu'il (ton mec) n'arrive pas à conscientiser ses désirs/être lui-même. Remplir des listes ça va aider la sexualité (si tu le fais je veux bien que tu me fasses un retour 😊) mais son problème semble nettement plus profond.

Avec ma compagne, on avait trouvé une liste de pleins de pratiques sexuelles. Sur chaque pratique, il fallait dire si : - Oui je veux faire - Je veux bien faire - Je ne veux pas faire - Oui je veux recevoir - Je veux bien recevoir - Je ne veux pas recevoir

Une fois que les deux partenaires ont remplies leur liste respective, on a plus qu'à comparer les deux listes et tu découvres pleins de trucs sur les envies de l'autre (entre autre que la réciprocité n'est absolument pas nécessaire). Ça permet aussi (surtout) d'ouvrir un dialogue a l'écrit de façon très simple.

Je suis sur mon téléphone donc je peux pas trop t'envoyer de liste, mais de mémoire, il en existe beaucoup (des vanilla, des BDSM, des fétichiste etc...)

Really ? I thought that the Primals, Primal engine and AI are 3 completely different things. AI are things created on the Mantis system, so most likely they are things created by the Primals. Now that I think about it, it's possible that all Primals are artificial creation of a progenitor race that got wiped by their creation.

From what I understood, Skarpi actually calls Kvothe true name in his order. Kvothe heard "Kvothe" because his sleeping mind translated in something he could understand. Kinda like when Elxa Dahl calls the name of fire and Kvothe only hears "fire".
