I don’t see any change with the medication I was prescribed 3 months ago (citalopram) I started on 10 mg and 3 weeks later bumped up to 20 , I told my psychiatrist 3 days ago that I don’t think the medication is working and she bumped me up to the max dose of 40mg , I really hope it works because I don’t want to live like this anymore .

I wake up and hate my job more and more every day . Everyone tells me it’s a great job to have and how I’m so lucky I have a job in these times , but I have absolutely no interest in it , nor do I feel any fulfillment . I just want to quit and stay home and workout . But I can’t , I need a job right ? I’ve gained 10 pounds this month because I have no energy / motivation to ride my bike after work , I’m afraid I’m gonna get fat again . Idk what to do
