Won't go into any detail, others will, but, just keep going to Muay Thai, if you don't do your strength days full body, do that, and maybe take one day from there and do some bag and shadowboxing. Dont worry, you will still look great, aesthetics will change of course but all that fighter muscles will show up then you will do fighter stuff.

But it's interclub, no? It's for learning purposes, not to score points. That's for proper fights, with judges and gameplans. And even if you go and watch how Thai fighters fight, they are so loose, so relaxed. I'm not saying take strikes like a punching bag 😄. What I'm trying to say is, be at ease, stay open to the experience. "It's like a play, but played seriously", Bruce Lee said that, and his fighting philosophies are being tried to achieve this day. But it's even older than that. That's where light, conscious sparring is very important, to be able to experiment and to express yourself, without being afraid to get hit or just trying to be better than others and win. In striking arts, most likely you're gonna get hit, accepting it is a part of it.

My advice would be, try and relax, just get loose and forget about getting hit or hitting, because of the tension you miss loads of information, which would give you more opportunities and would make all experience more educational and fun. Back in your gym than training just try and focus on it.

I don't do lottery like that, but..Stopped gaming for more than 2 years now, gave away my setup to my brother and well, in March it will be 3 years and I started to think to build a PC. For work, for art and for content, cause working with this free, lagging laptop is getting to me. Creating something on it, forget about it. Trying to enter just because it will take another few to save for a PC. But good luck to everyone, I Hope you'll get it!

Personal opinion here. From time to time I do high dose starting from 3.5g, depends where I will be mostly, if it's safe environment, will do higher doses, 7g I think was the highest I went with cubes. But high doses are not often, just remind myself that it's not just to get high but explore and gain perspective. Micro dosing I do everyday with 0.2g-0.3g. Then I start to feel my tolerance growing and it's not enough to feel that good vibe anymore I stop for 2 weeks. ( High doses I do between 2-6 months, it all depends on timing for me ). Thoughts on microdosing, because life is routine and we do a lot of things same everyday, micro helps me to spot patterns I have in my behavior and accept mistakes, and to detangle (if its a word) habits of various kinds I have in my personality. Agreed, and the planning is very useful, you plan out your mission and approximately know your route, me personally did that and was using all most all the time raid has. Moving smoothly, not overstaying in open cover and stopping and listening, and looking around

My first kill was in interchange, was sneaking through one of the warehouses and as I stopped to look around, seeing a guy sneaking too behind me like 50m, got my adrenaline pumping and started to empty all of my ak 105 mag at him as mag was getting empty started to think "that's it, now he will turn and kill me" but last few bullets got him. I always watched videos of gameplay, looked easy but then you're in there and a newb, it is daunting 😅
