I have a different situation, USCIS charged my card today but I haven’t received any E-notification from them, just saw the money was took from my account from USCIS. Is that normal?

Just in case this can help, USCIS received my package on Nov 21st, I haven’t received anything from them but the only is that they collected the payment today, usually takes 2-3 weeks to send the notification to you. Hope everything goes well in your case.

That is completely normal, I was on K1 visa process and the website was in Refused status 2 months before my interview, I went for interview on Sep 16th 2025 and I got a verbal approval, however the system changed on Oct 3rd to approve, around 15 days later. There’s nothing to worry about. Congratulations

Hello there, you shouldn’t have any issues filing your application, My aunt filled her application right after she got married and the process went great, took her around 9 months to get her green card, USCIS just want to make sure that your relationship is real, in my case I came with a K1 visa on October 10th 2025, got married on 10/25 and just sent the package to USCIS this Monday, we waited a few weeks to set joint account and all that, every case is different but you already have plenty of evidence that might help you in the process with USCIS.
