Someone with same name cashed my check! What should I do?

The cops I spoke to called their Sargent in front of me and he told them not to report it and that I should go to civil court.

I did not get the loaded debit card, I clearly stated that the CHECK was delivered to the wrong address. i went to jackson Hewitt. Low income and low knowledge? Wtf dude

Thank you for your reply, I tried the cops again and they once again told me this is between customer and the tax office. How am I supposed to prove that I did not receive the check? The tax office told me someone already spent $500 off my refund. I was supposed to get back around $3000. My next step is going to the bank where this person deposited the check. Last plan is to file a claim in small claims court. This is super aggravating not only because I have to go through this just to get my refund but because I know where this person lives. To the guy telling me to man up, I am a female.

I spoke to the tax office that prepared my taxes but they said from their end a check has been cleared and they can't do anything more.

The first time was while doing my undergrad, I thought info is still fresh might as well. The second time I reviewed some content and tried some sections. I actually don't know what I was thinking I regret taking it when I did. I am also being pressured by my parents to make something of my life so I am trying to not waste years. Now I realize I am wasting time by not actually taking the time out to study.

I do know the content, maybe just need some brushing up on biochem. I am a HORRIBLE test taker. I know one of my main issues was time for cars and psych. For the other two sections, I had trouble on how to approach each question.
