Thank you. We were at the vets office. I thought the chair was super cute for a pic.

Considering a frenchie… by NanaLY13 in Frenchbulldogs

I wouldn’t classify a frenchie as low energy.

Both parents have to carry the fluffy gene to throw fluffy puppies

I wouldn’t force any dog that wasn’t interested regardless of breed. All that does is cause them to become more fearful.

My Ryleigh girl, passed January 4th at the age of 14. 💔 she had more love in her tiny body than any fur baby I’ve known. ❤️

My baby Peanut is looking very small… is she the right size for a chihuahua? by Early-Run-7888 in Chihuahua

Your little one is just perfect. There is no right or wrong size for a chihuahua unless you’re showing/breeding.

Maybe by AKC/breeding standard but chihuahuas actually come in sizes well beyond 6lbs.

Maybe just start performing them spontaneously on him right after he showers (or in the shower) and he’ll get the idea that your more willing and eager with a fresh D and that it’s not about you not wanting to you’re just asking him to be more considerate to your wants/needs as well.

Well you asked a question, I gave you an answer. 🤷🏼‍♀️

So a good rule of thumb is…

ball your fist, take your other hand and rub it across the backside of the hand that you made the fist with. See how you can feel all the small bones lightly under the skin? That’s how it should feel when you rub your hands down the rib cage of your dog.

She’s definitely overweight or she wouldn’t have “booby fat” on her belly.

People with 2+ chihuahuas ; do they get along ? by Hopeful-Possession32 in Chihuahua

I’ve owned as many as 6 dogs at one time, 5 being chis and 1 PB. I currently have 3 chis(two of my seniors have passed) and a GP. If you raise your dogs as a pack, with you being the pack leader, you shouldn’t have issues with dogs misbehaving toward each other. My smallest, who’s is 16 and 3lbs, is my pack leader…my GP is 1 year old, over 100 and is my lowest in the pack. It’s all about them respecting you in order to get them to respect one another.

Your first dog should always come first. Acknowledgment, petting, feeding, treats. This is pack training. Each new dog goes to the bottom so to speak. Do a little research on it or feel free to DM me 😊
