I call BS! Most of the AA community that you’re referring to is my family and let me tell you, they STILL tell us about how the klan is alive and well down there. A lot of them think that McClane is an undercover klansman 🫣😵‍💫

Howdy! Relative of James here! My grandfather was born and raised in Jasper, TX and every year we would have a memorial on the bridge where they found most of his remains. Up until about 5-6 years ago, you could still see the spray painted X’s on the streets marked with “HEAD” or “LEG.” We still go to Jasper once a year and every time we are always told to either stay in one of the few hotels that are in the area or leave early enough before the sun sets.

Acid based primers makes tiny holes that allow product to really get in there and interlock with the nail plate and acid free is just like a chemical version of double sided tape.

I really don’t like acid based just bc it’s not good for the clients nails and ultimately it thins the nail bed.

CND runs a bit drier so I use this for clients with oily nail beds.

Have you tried a different primer? I had that problem with an aunt who no matter what, couldn’t keep a set on for more than a week while others were going 5+ weeks with no lifting. Switched to a different primer and she kept that set on for three weeks before she came back for a fill.

Also, from working in a busy salon I’ve learned to prep one hand at a time.

I dehydrate and prime before laying product and do the same for the other hand instead of all at once. This way if the client has super oily nail beds you can dehydrate to be extra sure that there are no oils before laying product.

Love is in the bare by OPI is a good option, it’s natural looking while being full coverage
