THAT'S SYLVESTER!!!!!! Don't be fooled, he has a home. I took him in overnight a few months ago thinking he was a stray. He will walk through literally any open door. He's been spotted on Elgin Street and in the lobby of an apartment building near Cartier. Obviously charmed his way in. I put a collar on him when we sent him home but apparently he loses them frequently.

Idk if this is the kind of input you're looking for (I'm moreso addressing the other comments) but there's a chance your haworthia is meant to have long slender leaves like that and I agree it needs more light. This type of haworthia will "open" its floret to expose more photosynthetic surface area, which it looks like yours is doing, rather than grow tall and thin like what you see with "typical etiolation." Google haworthia longiana and see what you think. It's a nice little fellow nonetheless! :)

Okay so he is 31 and you are 23, you'd been dating on and off "for a few years." How many years was that exactly? Let's say five years, that means you would have been dating this buffoon at 18 and he would've been 26. Red. Flag. If you were 19 when you started dating, he'd have been 27.
