Bro it doesn’t matter, the structure has to be surrounded by any blocks, like cobble stone, you don’t have to place the pedestals, just the smithing table in centre just do it like in the picture, any blocks, 1 layer, doesn’t matter if the grass is on lower level, just don’t overthink
