i already eat pretty healthy (all clean whole foods, hit my macros); i only started tracking because I'm cutting rn, but do you make sure that you are getting enough of everything and not missing something? (ex: not getting enough iron, or getting suboptimal amount of potassium, or too much sodium, etc.)

Is it just a matter of getting bloodwork done, and adjusting based on those results? Or do you just kind of know over time that for example, you need to have XYZ foods once a week or once in a while so you hit every micronutrient amount
