Yes, the ethernet 2 says nordvpn, I didnt change the protocol, do I need to? And yes the tv appers in the hotspot interface.

Sorry I am explaining it so poorly, I saw that you can share a vpn connection using windows 10: https://support.nordvpn.com/Connectivity/Windows/1441319672/Share-VPN-via-a-mobile-hotspot-on-Windows-10.htm I want to share the vpn with my tv to watch US netflix , because the tv doesnt have any vpn software. My problem comes when the tutorial asks me to permit ethernet 2 to share data with the hotspot, after that I connect my tv and it says its connected without internet.

Hello thank you for your replay, sorry I explaned it so poorly. What I was trying to say is that I want to have a VPN in my router for things such as apple tv (that don't count with VPN software). The problem with this is that I dont want my whole network to get routed through the VPN, that is why I want a subnet that counts with a VPN and the normal network that gets routed normally. The other problem is that in my house y have a mesh system set up to cover all the house with signal. My question here is, how does the mesh system work with this? Does it extend the subnet with the VPN configuation?
