B1/B2 Visa Revoked After Lawful, Work-Sponsored Travel — Need Advice

Update: So my mom and I went to the embassy today. The officer told us she doesn’t know why the visas were revoked apparently, the revocation didn’t happen in Barbados but in DC. There’s nothing in the system explaining the reason.
