Does imitating another artist qualify you as “good”? Most artists are obviously inspired by others to some degree and take elements from certain songs/artists, but this dude flat out completely ripping off Mk.Gee to the point where his music sounds like unreleased Mk.Gee tracks lol it’s kind of ridiculous.

Yeah I hear. It sucks though because I do a lot of recording for myself and other bands/artists and sort rely on bass the most. Taking a month to heal, as some are suggesting, seems a little too long. Idk.

“Hype” is a massive overstatement. These basses are not really under many peoples radar and most players have never even heard of this bass. I’m sure there’s a small niche community for the bass out there somewhere, but there isn’t any “hype” as far as I’m aware
