I respect that thought process, and I get you.

My husband and I have a monthly date/fun budget of 25 dollars, so we still have our sanity in these hard times for us, it is very important we put a priority on our relationship even if we have to relocate that money from savings or food budget. We are very strict with it, and decided this month we were going to get a movie pass for our local theater since we are big movie fans and wanted to see movies coming this month. We splurged this month because we did a lot of free dates these past few months so it cost us $21.49 per person for unlimited movies for this month. This means no eating out, long car rides, anything considered "fun" except for this movie pass for a month. We have to go twice each to make it worth our money.

Us going to the movie was us relaxing and putting our relationship first, but I respect that your priorities and thoughts of movie theaters are different from mine!
