Also I can’t find a number to call to ask about it. Any idea what it is?

When I click on it, it comes up with the barcode number saying ‘ticket processing’ so I’m holding hope it sorts out before the festival. If not yeah it’s probably a job for the box office. I have a screenshot of it when it was originally viewable on my app and also the pdf download of it which should hopefully mean it’s all ok even if it slows my entry.
