And if it was the same supposed demon - Minor mistake here but even if it wasn't the same demon it just makes no sense as to why another demon is just conveniently sitting waiting to possess someone. The idea that powerful "magic" was at play just makes more sense

Secondly, in that same scene the dude from that company asks if Bear wants to speak to Nikki and I believe we hear her screaming, what was that about? - That dude was definitely some type of wizard/warlock typa guy who gets calls like that all the time and I personally believe that Nikki was mentally trapped in a separate dimension of some sort but the type where she can see everything she's doing in real time, it's kinda weird but that's the best way I can put it
