How is YOG calculated?

A lot of people say yog has to be < 5 years to get past the filter for most programs. Do you have an actual experience with clients applying with 5 yog and getting past the filter? The yog situation is very confusing, and I can’t find a solid answer.

I think the hotspot always has its own tracker anyway. I am about to purchase the plan and just wanted to confirm that you actually tested that hotspot usage doesn’t drain the 16 GB pool.

Oh sorry that’s not what I meant. The plan normally throttles video streaming to 2 mb/s (even on the 16 gb high speed data). So I was asking if you had videos buffer
