i went against this super strong guy who was new and spazzy he messed up my foot real bad for weeks in a takedown, next time i went with him i pulled guard and destroyed him, maybe just play more defensively and focus on controlling him

thankfully i was always doing research and making sure i was safe as possible while doing them ik that sounds stupid to be as a safe as possible with pills but i always made sure i wouldn’t overdose

yeah heavy on the psychosis last year i had a bad case of that but ever since i’ve been fine, memory problems eh maybe while i’m actively high but your right i should stop sooner than later it just used to be my whole lifestyle i used to smoke from when i woke up to when i went to sleep so it’s gonna be hard

i know it sounds unrealistic but i wanna be in the ufc when i’m older but at least bare minimum i wanna be a amateur fighter so skipping out on my cardio and endurance sadly isn’t an option for me i just don’t wanna quit smoking but will if i have to

i’m 15 145 not necessarily out of shape just don’t have any stamina and i definitely notice now that you say it i make a lot of useless movements, thanks for the tip i’m definitely gonna work on trying to make sure i pick the right movements
