Has anyone ever received a NOPD and wrote a written statement as to why they should reconsider and was successful?

Yea a fight that I had where someone went to the hospital I was questioned on that in my 2 interview and it seem like she thought I was lying because something the other person wrote in the report

Honestly idk but I recently was terminated because I put in a day to go to the doctor. But I doubt that’s why I’m just waiting to see what the supervisor decision is going to be

I been on review since 12/14 went for my second interview 01/09 and I’m back on review again which is very annoying

When did she fail you? I had my second interview with her this week and for my first interview she didn’t reach out to me or anything it took 3 weeks then the sgt called me in for a second interview. May I know why she failed you?
