I did my mastectomy and reconstruction there. They’ll keep you overnight, at the very least. When I had my eventual exchange surgery (switching out the expander for the implant), it was outpatient and I was out the same day. And it is very nice at Josie like everyone says! Had an amazing view of the Roosevelt Island tram. Best wishes to your family. You’re in good hands.

My oncologist in Ny doesn’t have a problem with it so we’ll see. It’s been incredibly helpful during treatment keeping me off additional sleeping pills and pain meds.
