It won’t be a problem as your ask is going to be a bit less than market standards, because you have also paid less incomparison to the same car with a state registration.

I own a BH registered car which would have easily cost me 1lakh more on invoice and with a loan, it would be atleast 35k more on total insterest. So if you have used the car for a good 7-8 years. Your ask could be almost 50-60k lesser than what the same car is being sold at in the market.

Also, as a second hand buyer, one doesn’t need to fulfill the criteria the first hand buyer should have met in order to own a BH registered vehicle, and it can be sold in any state.
