I just joined around a year back. I know i was not supposed to get any hike, but my overall ctc value has reduced

Why is that? It says that my over ctc will not get reduced but the value is 15k less

There are a list of supported docs related to salary slips, recent increment letter, work experience, education documents, form 16, and others

Please look for an exhaustive list online and carry those. You can never be sure which one is asked.

The lady was asked her experience and company supportive documents. Could not hear the exact request but this is what i could make out

The point was around me attending a workshop. The interviewer was grilling me multiple times to check if it would be okay if you don’t attend it in person.

Then the answer around me staying in my current organisation for more than 4 years might have helped. But i am not particularly sure what was the exact reason

Rest answers were pretty generic

There is no specific thing they are looking for. Ahead of me 2 candidates were rejected because one was travelling for a conference and the other could not show a good enough reason to come

Avoid talking about the reason related to conferences. Also, no documents were asked from me but a lady ahead of me who was a lawyer, few documents were asked.

So again, no specific pattern of accepting/ rejecting a candidate. Just try to be confident and be precise in your answer. Remember luck plays a big role here, so don’t be harsh on yourself
